BRIMFIELD 2015 SNEAK PREVIEW - AMES MAID CHAIR / STEPSTOOL

One of our favorite recent acquisitions is this striking midcentury Ames Maid chair / stepstool. These vintage chairs were made in the 1950's and 1960's and are tough to find in this kind of original condition. This version has an adjustable-height back and the vinyl comes in a fantastic grey-silver-black color scheme which shines like new. We'll be asking $65 for this chair when we open at NOON this Wednesday in SPACE 36 of Hertan's Field!

BRIMFIELD 2015 SNEAK PREVIEW - A HEBREW TYPEWRITER!

Here's an item you've likely never seen before and may never see again! It is an antique ORGA 8 typewriter with Hebrew keys! It was made in Germany sometime between 1935 and 1938 and is still in working condition. It is mounted on its original board and also comes with its original metal cover. We can't imagine that too many of these beauties survived World War II Germany (we've never seen another one) and as such it SOLD in the first hour on Wednesday!

From metal and porcelain signs to antique tins, bar mirrors, pinback pins, and even an old leather salesman's sample case, we'll have hundreds of different advertising pieces available this Wednesday May 13th starting at NOON in SPACE 36 of Hertan's Field. Lovequist Antiques will once again be located in Hertan's Field starting on Wednesday, May 13th at NOON SHARP through the afternoon of Sunday, May 17th. We will be in the same spot we had last May, SPACE 36, right in the front row! We will have a tremendous assortment of antiques and collectables available, including numerous advertising signs, tins, pinbacks, and mirrors, some militaria, art, small furniture pieces, wooden boxes and crates and trays, and as always Brimfield's Largest Selection Of Milk Glass. "Sneak previews" are coming your way later this week!

PRE-BRIMFIELD EBAY GOODNESS!!

Brimfield is only three weeks away (say wha???) and so to kick off our selling season we've just posted a bunch of great items for sale on our eBay page.

         This cool corkscrew is one of three we're selling, all dating from around 1900.

       This great pinback pin is from World War 1 and is one of seven pins we're offering.

 As for Brimfield, we'll once again be in SPACE 36 of Hertan's Field starting Wednesday May 13th at NOON SHARP and running right through Sunday afternoon. We've got so much good stuff it's going to be incredible!

Hey folks, just wanted to update this page since it has been a while. We fully intended to get some great items up on eBay this month, but the terrible weather here in the Northeast has combined with some other unfortunate events to derail those plans. Spring cannot come soon enough!
